National Model Matriculation Hr.Sec School is proud to announce that Vaishnavi of Grade 10 (Gan) has secured Third Place in the National Level Under‑17 Chess Tournament conducted by SGFI at Agartala, Tripura.

Representing Tamil Nadu as one of the five key players in the state team, Vaishnavi displayed outstanding strategic thinking, focus, and composure throughout the tournament. In the final round, she fought a closely contested board against the Kerala team, delivering an inspiring performance on the national stage and bringing laurels to the school and the state.
